If you are looking for a tranquil family friendly Glamping site, Kingfisher Meadows is the place for you. We have 2 top of the range glamping bell tents; a converted horse box, a shepherd’s hut and a gypsy caravan all setup ready for you to spend some relaxing quality time with your family, friends or a romantic break. There is a 14-century pub serving food (and beer, obviously) next door to the site and a shop nearby. The site boasts two lakes, and there is a nearby venue that can be hired for weddings or other functions a short walk away, making the site ideal accommodation for wedding guests. Our glamping site provides you with a hassle free, memorable experience which is hard to beat!
Toilets & Showers
Our site has a fully equipped shower block, with toilets and wash hand basins with hot and cold running water.
We provide:
Enough cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils for 4 people. Cleaning products for the sink, shower, toilet etc… But bring your own cleaning cloths for washing up etc.
We don’t provide:
Towels, Cleaning cloths, Tea Towels, Blankets, Sleeping Bags, Sheets, Pillows, Pillow cases, Duvets or any bedding.

Our site is ideally situated to take in the sights and indulge in a bit of retail therapy in the historic City of Norwich and nearby Bury St Edmunds, as well as the lovely market towns Harleston and Diss. We are not far from wonderful coastal towns like Southwold, Lowestoft and Gorleston, and we are a stone’s throw from the world-famous Norfolk Broads. If you are looking for a tranquil and relaxing holiday, Kingfisher Meadows is the place for you. We can accommodate Caravans and Motorhomes, all with or without an electric hook-up. We also have a classic Roma Supreme Gypsy Caravan available for hire. A shower block and toilet facilities are also available for all caravaners and campers.
Our site is a great place for you to spend some quality time relaxing on a romantic break. The tranquil environment is conducive to stepping out of the rat race, reading that book you love and taking advantage of your lazy mornings relaxing. For the early birds – a morning stroll next to our lakes, enjoying the bird song, is a great way to start to any day exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk countryside and coastlines.
